4. SMS and Text Messaging

Drawbridge integrates with third-party booking platforms via API to facilitate post-experience notifications on behalf of our operator customers. When an operator uses our platform, customer phone numbers collected by the operator's booking system may be accessed by Drawbridge via API solely for the purpose of sending a single transactional SMS containing a link to the customer's experience photos or media. We may also send a single automated SMS to customers who call a venue phone number and do not reach a live person, informing them that their call was missed and providing contact information.

Operators are required to obtain explicit consent from their customers at the time of booking to receive this message. Drawbridge does not use phone numbers obtained through this integration for any other purpose and does not sell, share, or transfer this information with third parties for any reason.
